After a Sunday loss, rumors started circulating that current skipper Fredi Gonzalez could be fired to make room for Bobby Valentine. According to ESPN the Marlins contacted Bobby Valentine for a possible managerial position with the ball club.√° Bobby Valentine is known for his tenure with the Mets.
