Now that I have fully thawed out from the New York Jets game last night, I am able to write this morning. Last nightÆs Jets game might have been the coldest sporting event I have ever attended. My feet were frozen and that was while wearing three pairs of socks. I suppose a Jets win and a playoff berth helps with the thawing process. But I have to admit, it might be a long time before I sit in those type of conditions again. Now on to some news about another New York team. It looks like former New York MetsÆ first baseman Carlos Delgado is on the comeback trail. á According to the Associated Press , Carlos Delgado went 1-for-4 last night playing for the Gigantes de Carolina in the Puerto Rico Winter League.
