Who's the greatest left handed pitcher of all time? Ask that question, and you'll get a variety of answers.
Warren Spahn has the most wins, Randy Johnson the most strikeouts, and Lefty Grove the most ERA titles. And, oh yeah, Sandy Koufax was pretty good too.
In my opinion, there's a clear cut answer. All the pitchers on this list were very good. All are, or should be in the ...
Wining just one of two in Orlando wasn't enough for the Boston Celtics.
While most teams would be happy splitting two games on the road in a series, the Celtics smelled blood. And let's face it, Boston is peaking at the perfect time. Other than maybe the Lakers , Boston has the best starting five in the NBA. Now healthy, the Celtics have proven they are one of the best teams in the ...

The fairy tale season of the Montreal Canadiens seems to be taking a turn towards a sad ending.
If things continue the way they have in the beginning of this series, there will be no prince on a white horse (or in a white uniform) to sweep them into the playoffs. The prince was thought to be Halak, the goalie that has been elevated to hero ...
Five Teams Lebron SHOULD Consider Over Cleveland and Miami
Posted: 19th May 2010 by Art Vandelay in NBA
After the Cavaliers unexpected early exit of the playoffs, one thing became abundantly clear: Lebron isn't going to win as long as he's a Cavalier. While the Cavs will do whatever it takes to keep Lebron, they've acted like that girlfriend who could tell that you're about to dump her, so she does anything and everything she can to make things work, but in the process she just ends ...

After reading the headline of this article, former Celtics head coach Rick Pitino might react by screaming out something like, “All the negativity in this town sucks!”
After all, the Celtics just won two straight games on the road in the Eastern Conference Finals and are now just two wins away from making the NBA Finals as the series now shifts back home to Boston…Yet I find something to criticize.
The ...

Last weekend, Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson held his first annual Speed Camp at Penn Charter High School with all proceeds benefiting Pancreatic Cancer research. Along with his camp, Jackson hosted an Inaugural Gala to help officially launch "The DeSean Jackson Foundation For Pancreatic Cancer." He's urging fans to ...

The 2010 NBA Draft Lottery has come and gone. There was a big shakeup at the top, and people in New Jersey/Brooklyn are disappointed, while those in our nations capital are rejoicing. The Wizards won the lottery and the 76ers have to be elated with picking second, with the Nets rounding out the top three.
Despite having a 25 percent chance at landing ...
Is Leandro Barbosa the X Factor Against Los Angeles Lakers?
Posted: 19th May 2010 by Jess Root in NBA
Leandro Barbosa has become a forgotten man in this special season for the Phoenix Suns. Beset this season by injuries, the play of Jason Richardson, and the development of Goran Dragic, it seems an eternity ago that he was the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year.
As much as I like Barbosa (and apparently everyone in the world), I have said before that I think that this will be his final ...
The AFC East might very well be the most competitive division in the NFL next year. The division has 3 potential playoff teams (and then the Bills).
To start lets look at last years winners, the New England Patriots.
Tom Brady is back, and the Golden Boy at least has a few more years left in him. Some people are questioning his "edge" because of the time he is ...
Analyzing the New York Yankees’ Designated Hitter Carousel
Posted: 19th May 2010 by Danny Pazos in MLB
With the news coming in from all over that Nick Johnson will need wrist surgery and will be out until at least July, the Yankees have found themselves without an everyday designated hitter.
Johnson, who was batting an abysmal .167 to begin with, now needs a replacement in the lineup.
Since his departure, the Yankees have been shuffling a bunch of players around and giving their opponents different looks on almost a ...
